Property Description

Located in Oceana County, this 42 acre farm is one of the most loaded, small/mid-sized hunting tracts I've ever been a part of in Michigan. Minutes from Silver Lake and Lake Michigan, this secluded parcel offers endless opportunities. Located at the end of a dead-end road (with zero homes) this piece is un-pressured and has been developed strictly for wildlife. Two large food plots have been cut into the timber offering deer and turkey safe and secure feeding options with deer daylighting to browse throughout the year. A well maintained trail system offers easy access throughout, designed for multiple access points to blinds and stands depending on wind direction. Two 20'x20' waterholes with pond liners were created to give deer everything they need to call this tract home. We've also planted (tubed and caged) a small Persimmon orchard as well as 10 Dunstan Chestnut Trees (also tubed and caged) from Chestnut Hill Nursery. We've put over $80k into habitat and design on this one and it's paying off. Take a look at the trail camera photos from the past years! Best part is, this farm has NOT been deer hunted a single time since 2022!! It also features a few great build sites for someone looking for privacy but not far from US 31, Pentwater, Silver Lake and Muskegon. There are also opportunities for developers interested in campsites or mini cabins due to its proximity to Silver Lake as well. This one really is a top shelf, turn key farm for anyone looking for something special in West Michigan. Sellers reserve the two Banks Blinds. All treestands will remain. All measurements are an estimate. Buyer to verify. Owner is a licensed realtor and representing family.
